Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of theoretically knowing the study of democratic leadership style from the perspective of employees. This research is based on previous journals with the main technique in collecting data, namely through previous research, journals or websites that support this research using qualitative methods that focus on two types of variables, namely democratic leadership, and employee perspectives. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that democratic leadership significantly examines from the perspective of employees. If leadership has increased, the performance felt by employees will also increase.
